Artist's Hands
What am I doing here in labor land?
I've not the mind of a working man.
A business carrerr is not in my plans.
...and these, these are artist's hands!
What am I doing here? I don't understand.
It's not the kind of life I wish to have.
I've got dreams and visions of better things.
I've got immagination -mental wings.
...and these, these are artist's hands.
It's not a case of arrogance.
I know what is and what's not my place.
...and these, these are artist's hands.
...and I've got artist's plans.
I'm gonna find me a way out of here.
I'll not remain a part-time slave.
These are artist's hands.
What am I doing here in a gactory?
I don't feel at all at home among machines.
Devoid of creativity -it's cold, and bland.
It's not for me.
These are artist's hands.
What am I doing here in labot land?
I don't intedn to live as did my old man!
I quickly grow tired of of routine, and
If I'm gonna work its gonna be for me.
...and these, these are artist's hands!
